Artist Statement:
Born in China and moved to HK
in 1970's, Keyee Lam
self-learned art in an early
age but detoured to movie,
writing, fashion, and
translation in her career
paths while she kept searching
the right thing in her life.
In 2002, fate brought her
Bruno Luchhesi¡¦s Modeling the
Head in Clay and there she
started her true quest. Lam
has since been working at home
and making sculptures with
materials like bronze, woods,
tutania, man-made stones,
polyester resin, electroformed
bronze, etc. ...
