Artist Statement:
I feel proud and pleasure
introducing Mr. Krishan Kumar
Gupta . He is a intelligent
and brilliant painter of our
state . Mr. gupta is painting
since long time. H e has
highly creative approach in
painting and has participated
in various exhibitions and
workshops at prominent places
in India and abroad.
Whenever I have opportunity to
look at the sensitive works of
krishan Kumar guitar, I marvel
at the way he uses colors
,with such a fine ,subtle
sence of ‘proportionate’
tones and gradations. Slowly
gradually , it seems, he
fills the picture space with
certain expanding notes of
rhythmic harmony. The material
in terms of colors or pigment,
becomes a handy tool,
through which he is able to
construct area , where the
eye moves with ease and in
turn is enthralled by an
aesthetic experience to be
cherished. To call these works
, just ‘abstract’ will not do
justice to them , as these are
not any formal constructions.
They may be
non-representational , non
figurative by nature and by
categorization, but we also
know for sure that the colors
have a lot to do with these
works and they are imprinted
here subtly and potently.
Im sure anyone would like to
rejoice ...

My name is Krishan Krishan Gupta, I was born at beawar in Rajasthan state in may 1, 1971 and graduated in 1990 and Post Graduate in management in 1994 from institute of marketing and management, new delhi, India. Paintings is another aspect of the Arts which I painted from an early age. I live in 420, Bhupal pura, D-1 Road Udaipur (Rajasthan) INDIA. Some of my works include realistic subjects, figure works , composition and abstracts. I always use new techniques and textures . I use oil, acrylic crayon colours.
