| Why Did You Become An Artist |
As a self-portrait photography specialist, I have become quite adept at splitting my attention between the technical aspects of taking a photograph and actually being in it.
Exploring and using my body through photography has been a healing, sensual and at times, a spiritual experience. As I place myself in the center of the metaphorical and hypothetical story, using props, lighting, my own body movements and expressions to convey what words could not has become an exercise in communication - a different language in a different medium. Each image is different from the last. Each mood is unique, each expression is sincere, and every attempt a new leap towards understanding myself.

| Your Personal Biography |
Having been inspired at the age of five when I received my first camera, most of my life has been devoted to exploring the craft.
A graduate from the Mel Hoppenheim school of Cinema in Montreal, I have worked extensively behind the camera in both moving and still images.
Currently residing in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, I am hoping to someday call New York City my second home. |
