Artist Statement:
I focus on the texture and
patterns created naturally by
the paint as it interacts on
the canvas. I think of myself
as less of a painter and more
of a scientist. I am
experimenting with paint as a
medium, and adding various
liquids or powders to my
mixtures to create different
textural effects. I pour out
the combinations of color and
chemical directly on the
painting surface. I add a
multitude of layers on some
works, while others are a
single pour. My goal is to
create fields of abstract
texture and color that
transport you to different
worlds...

Why Did You Become An Artist not provided

Your Personal Biography I am a young artist. my current artistic career has consisted of mostly painting and drawing. I am pursuing a bachelors degree in fine art/sculpture. I am studying sculpture to expand my creative scope and push my work into new dimensions. I see no limits in art and life, and little difference between the two.
