Jane is an established, naturally talented artist who exhibits her work through professional galleries. She is the recipient of several awards, selling nationally and internationally. Memberships, New Zealand Fellowship of Artists, Auckland Society of Artists and Pakuranga Art Society.
She has moved through various disciplinary techniques, from masters to open experimentation, thus expanding her painting knowledge. Each piece of work is always fresh, invigorating and creative,with reoccurring themes often related to theatre, symphony, love and life experiences.
Her work is recognized for its rich, vibrant, warm and often luminous use of rich saturated and translucent colour. Her preferred medium is oil and uses only the highest quality paint available. Supports are generally stretched canvas, linen or board.
