Lobie Cognac
Plastician,live and work in
French-Guyana.
I paint and sculpt.
My paintings and sculptures
are representative of the
plastic expression of the
intimate perception of my
environment and the Bushnegros
beliefs along the rivers.
Since 1975 I'm recogniged for
my talent as plastician.
Remaining full of the Ndyuka
traditions.
I'm completely attached to the
contemporary Art and attentded
lectures at the New School of
Art Academy of
pramaribo,surinam.
My works can be read at
several levels,they are in
code, only the initiation can
reveal you the final secret of
it....
