| Your Personal Biography |
I am a Florida Artist painting original landscape, bird and floral oil paintings.
I have studied oil painting with artist Marilyn Patton in Palm Harbor FL for several years. And have enjoyed workshops and classes with Larry Blovits (Portrait class), Jim Connelly (drawing), Michael Cartisto (photography), Jennifer Weaver (pottery), Brooke Allison (figure drawing), Christopher Still (plein-air painting), Melissa Miller Nece (drawing), Mari Kaake Bursuk (originality in oil and watercolor paintings) and Charles Gruppe' (Plein eir class).
I am a member of the Creative Artists Guild, the Grand Valley Artists, The Palm Harbor Art Club and the Tarpon Springs Art Association. I have been chosen to show my original oil paintings in many of their exhibits!
I have had two solo exhibits in Grand Rapids, Michigan and have shown oil paintings in group exhibits in Clearwater FL, Safety Harbor FL, Crystal Beach FL, Oldsmar FL, Grand Rapids MI, Jay NY, Tarpon Springs FL, Dunedin FL, Sarasota FL, the New York Art Expo of 2007, the NeoCon World’s Trade Fair 2007 in Chicago and Las Vegas, and the 2010 & 2011 Artprize show in Grand Rapids, MI
