I get inspired by spaces and
layers between imagination and
reality and like to go to the
"between space", where things
and thoughts are not thrown
away, not kept, not forgotten
but not cherished. Time,
movement and light connected
to memories. Space and body
connections, how the body
remembers.

| Your Personal Biography |
I was born in Helsinki Finland in 1978. Since I was a child I've been interested in visual arts as well as music and performance.
In 2004 I entered the Helsinki University of Art and Design Visual arts -programme and completed my Bachelor of Art's degree in Photography in 2007.
The same year I was curated to be part of Gallery TAIK and the Helsinki School -community and took part in a curated group exhibition at the Finnish Museum of Photography.
In 2008 I joined the union of artist photographers in Finland.
I have had works exhibited in Finland, Germany, Denmark and Canada.
Currently I study and work in Helsinki, Finland. |
