Your Personal Biography Biograph:
I was born 1953 near Vienna, Austria.
I attended graphics and applied art courses at the Vienna Art School 1976/77, and have worked as a freelance artist/artisan ever since.
1978 I established a jewelery design and manufacturing studio in Vienna. I joined the Austrian association of independent artists and artisans, and took part in numerous shows and group exhibitions in Austria, Germany, Italy and France (1978/86)
1986 immigration to New Zealand and in 1989 settling down in Kuaotunu, Coromandel.
From 1996 to 2001 I spent always one half of the year in New Zealand and 6 months in Europe.
My main focus switched to larger sculptural work, mainly produced and marketed in Europe.
I started using everyday items like cutlery turning it into absurd objects.
