Artist Reviews:
Tribune .. Bahamas, Wednesday December 5, 2007....Article by Wil A. Pluck...........Sharon Fox-Mould’s attention to details; her choice of colours; the complementary range of reds and greens, capture much visual dynamics that set her “Orchid Diptich” ablaze with intense interest and desire.

Artist Statement for Sharon Fox Mould

Painting gives me the opportunity to share all that is beautiful. The interplay of colours that is nature, challenges me to devise ways to capture it on canvas. If you were to ask me what segment of any composition most interests me I would have to say colour and light. Each painting represents first colour and light followed by my love for gardening and the unusual flowers that illustrate tropical flora.
The inspiration from tropical flora brings to mind a saying from a fellow artist. He feels that the Caribbean sunlight is brighter than any he has ever seen, the colours radiate a glow that is seen nowhere else.
