My paintings are a fusion of what makes up a life, from confusion & pain to beauty to longing to spiritual insight & sexual exploration. From frustration at political & social situations to innocence/innocence lost, memory, dreams & visions, and an eternal sense of curiousity & wonder......
I'm inrigued by personal mythology & story. In world building and swollen pockets of light pulsing just beneath gritty urban exteriors.
I'm interested in the blurring of bounderies between what one may consider fantasy & reality, facade & truth, in order to go beyond what we perhaps only thought was real.
