Neeti says about her paintings…
“Every painting has its own space, aesthetics and culture and it inhabits its own space like a person. Colors and form are elements which come together to tell a story, which then evolves into a painting. Every individual is free to interpret a painting the way that painting talks to them….”

| Your Personal Biography |
A banker by profession, Neeti is a self taught artist who rediscovered her artistic side when she relocated to Bangkok in 2001.The creative process offered her an avenue to portray life with its multiple realities.
When working with Nature as her leitmotif she is inspired by the imagery that lies beyond our vista, which then transforms itself into a medley of colors on her canvases.
Her figurative work is done in a contemporary modernistic style where colour and figures together compose the narrative. Many of Neeti’s paintings celebrate the feminine form and the inherent strength that underlies it.
The paintings have imbibed the influences and imageries of Southeast Asia where she has been living for the past decade. During her stay in Taipei, Neeti was a member of Artist Connection a collective composed of visual artists from all over the world who are currently residing in Taiwan.
Neeti has exhibited her works in a number of group as well as solo shows.
Art has evolved and acquired an intrinsic part of expression in her life……
