Artist Statement:
I paint to commmunicate what I
see around me and I hope my
painting expresses my response
and how I feel about these
things. The light around
Dublin bay, the
history,atmosphere, people and
architecture of Dublin are a
constant source of inspiration
for me as it is where I was
born and a place I feel truly
passionate about, be it in the
northern suburbs of dublin or
in the city itself.
I am never happy with my work
and could criticise it
endlessly, always feeling that
my work is unfinished. However
this is why I love to paint as
it challenges me!
