Coming from a family of artists, I have painted since my childhood.
One part of my work, both painting and photography, is inspired by
the region where I live. It is coastal part of my country with its
Mediterranean light. I usually paint in oil, pastels, watercolors
and I do drawings in pencil. I do both color photography and black and white
for which I still use film roles. I dont have a habit of explaining my work as I
think that painting and photography are felt in a way that goes beyond language.
Doing both painting and photography gives me a satisfaction. I think that every
work of art which is honest and inspired can make this world a bit better.
