| Your Personal Biography |
Having studied visual art at Seven Hills College of Art in Queensland Australia, Nola later went on to include Performing Arts at Deakin University, Geelong Victoria. Two years as a Visual Arts Honour student were spent exploring the interrelationship between the Visual and Performing Arts. Setting no boundaries, her passion has been to work with the medium (or mediums) that best suit the mood and inspiration.
Always working with a mixed pallet of materials, Nola has only in the last few years returned to painting on canvas. Inspired by the beauty in the world around us and the emotions that the beauty evokes, her paintings are charged with energy and the evidence of her abstract rather idealistic approach to life. |
