Artist Statement for Brita Ferm
|
|
|
Legally blind for over 10 years, emerging San Diego artist Brita Ferm started painting in her late 40's after a career in social service and substance abuse prevention research. She lives in the southern California seaside community of Ocean Beach, and loves using bold images and bright colors to portray the beach life around her. Her paintings reflect her love for children and animals. She exhibits locally and participates in eBay and EBSQ on-line auctions.
Brita's works hang in homes and offices around the world. She gladly accepts commissions, and has produced many adorable Pop Pet Portraits. Examples and pricing are available on request.

SHIPPING POLICY
Your order is shipped as soon as your payment is confirmed. U.S. shipping costs average $7.50 for prints, $15.00 for 12x16 framed originals, $45.00 for 18 x 24 framed originals, and $55.00 for 24 x 30 framed originals. Shipping charges include insurance and delivery confirmation.
SALES TAX
California residents will be charged 7.5% state sales tax.
RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed for each purchase you make. Buy with confidence. Live with your art for up to 30 days, and if you are not satisfied, you may return it in original condition, in original packaging, insured at your expense for a full refund of the purchase price. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of confirmed receipt. Shipping and insurance charges are never refunded.
