Artist Statement:
I am a self taught and self
representing artist. I grew up
in the family where my mother
is a professional artist and
my father a professional
photographer. As a kid growing
up I did took art classes and
learned the basic concepts of
drawing, painting and
sculpture.
After finishing high school I
have served in the active
military duty with United
States Marine Corps as an
infantry man. I did one tour
in Iraq: fought in combat.
During my military career I
have thought of many things I
could do when I come home. I
have found out that creating
art was the best thing that
could ever happen to me.
I love to paint and contribute
all of my time creating new
paintings. I prefer to paint
with new acrylic paint. I feel
that I have full control over
this type of paint. Many
people ask me what motivates
me to paint - creating
something beautiful out of
something unknown is my
motivation in creating new
abstract paintings.

"Over the last year, I have purchased five paintings from Peter’s Online Gallery and I couldn’t be happier with these “works of art”. They are spectacular.
Peter’s website gives a true picture of the paintings (but they are even better in person) and it gives you an idea what the painting might look like in your home.
Every purchase has been straight forward and gone without a glitch from ordering to deliver of a very carefully packed painting.

"Peter's art is absolutely stunning. If you see a piece online that you like, chances are, that in person you will like it ten times as much. I have about a dozen of his pieces and they are so full of color and wonder. Anytime that I'm entertaining friends, someone always makes a remark about how creative the different pieces of art are. They are truly unique, in a way that is hard for me to describe, but I would say that Peter's art, while deep and powerful, is at the core, very simple in concept. I haven't had a chance yet to look at the rest of the site but I can now put you in my top five favorite artists which include Wasilly Kandinsky and Paul Klee and two other not as well known artists Marinaomi and Clint Newton but I now know the next item I want to buy for myself as a christmas gift. Lol "Light up the fire" literally took my breath away. And almost all of page two brought forth strong emotional reactions as well. I was sorry for myself to see the original of light up the fire had sold already, though I am sure the new owner will cherish it.
