Taras Plishch was born in 1963 on Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine.
Education
Crimean Art College in 1980-1983, Simferopol, Ukraine
Kharkiv Art Academy 1983-1991, Kharkiv, Ukraine
He’s been a member of Union of Ukrainian artists since 1993.
