Artist Statement:
My work depicts a recurring
theme: the human, in its
physical, psychological, and
often esoteric, existence. I
find an ongoing curiosity for
the discovery of The Other,
whether through intensified
observation of seemingly
minute details, or through the
juxtaposition of alternate
planes of existence to relate
a story or a frame of mind.
Some peer into the idea of the
construction of Self, some try
to explain human relations,
some merely explore the
nostalgia of memories linked
to emotions while others
present the body transformed
through the viewer's personal
associations to the image. My
most recent work depicts a
superposition of planes in
different space and time, to
bring to life the whole of an
experience, as it remains once
it is passed....
