Artist Statement:
I have been a professional
artist for over 25 years and
have also been an art teacher
for the past 4 years, teaching
over 500 students to draw and
paint to a professional level.
I have completed private
commissions from small model
prototypes for companies, a
large 12 foot Seahorse
sculpture for a tourist town
in Paihia, New Zealand through
to numerous paintings for
private & corporate
collections in Australia &
overseas.
I have supplied corporate
gifts to Television New
Zealand, Fletcher Challenge,
Fisher & Paykel. Designed and
created a bronze award for
Honda, NZ and have made up
Guardian Assurances logo into
award trophies. Plus many
illustrations for books,
artists impressions for
council approvals, & more.
I take Painting Workshops and
Learn to Draw Lessons in
Auckland, New Zealand. For

Welcome to Richard Moore's Portfolio.
I have been a professional artist for over 25 years and have also been an art teacher for the past 4 years, teaching over 500 students to draw and paint to a professional level.
