The POWERBATIK studio is located on Air Batang (ABC Beach)Tioman Island, Malaysia.
How to get there?
From KL - Take a Bus from the KL Bus Terminal to Mersing, then its a ferry ride to Tioman Island.(The cheapest way - though the speed boats are more expensive, they are worth it if you have been travelling all day long, extra RM5-10) Sometimes during high season there can be flights from KL to Tioman...
From Singapore - Planes often fly directly from Singapore to Tioman Island. A Ferry Catamaran also runs from Singapore to Tioman in high season. Or there is the option of Buses.
Where to stay?
There are many variations of accommodation on Tioman Island from the cheap RM10 shacks to the exculsive resort located at Tekek. If in doubt, ask Rikki, he will be happy to help with any queries and has an extensive knowledge of the island and things to keep you busy or not busy!
All designs are created mainly on the island, during monsoon (Nov.- early JAN.) Rikki may be travelling this great world we live in with his paint brushes not too far from his mastered and highly skilled hands...
