Artist Statement:
Reality is mutable and
subjective.
I am the only one who sees the
world the way I see it: the
little things that catch my
eye, the way I see color and
light and shadow, the way
color and smell and sound
blend into a moment.
The things that connect us
together are the times when we
see things the same way. The
times we notice a moment
together.
My art is about creating that
moment: my art is my reality
as I see it, hear it, smell
it, touch it and understand
it. Some of my art may not
touch you - but the art of
mine that you see that
"clicks" for you is a moment
where we understand each
other.
