Artist Statement:
Painting is a brand new gift from the Lord. I've had many trials over the last several years and just recently found art to be so incredibly calming and the results definitely a gift from above. Art for me has given me a new hope for my future. I pray that my art will bless you as it has me....

| Why Did You Become An Artist |
I just recently started painting as a source of relaxation and fell in love with the results. I hope this is a new beginning for my future. |

| Your Personal Biography |
I'm 39 years old with a husband of 19 years (pretty amazing these days) and we have 2 spectacular teenagers. Our son Brock is 16 and just full of energy. He's an awesome baseball player and one of the funniest guys I've ever met. My inspiration is my 18 year old daughter Alex. She was born with a rare birthmark called venous malformations on the left side of her face, neck, mouth and intracranial. She's had 44 surgeries since birth and has had such a tough journey. She's so incredibly beautiful and yet she doesn't see it. The Lord has graciously given me a new talent and it couldn't have come at a better time in my life. It's so relaxing and so very, very rewarding. I pray that my art work will sell so that I can quit my day job :0). I'm guessing all artists hope for that dream too. I've lived a simple life and for that I'm grateful. It's given me the ability to see beauty all around me. |
