They seem to embody a complex imagination that beckons viewers to embark on their own journeys of discovery. Her sculpted figures are convulsed by emotions they don’t always comprehend filling them...

| Your Personal Biography |
I had a extremely abusive childhood and my love of animals, art, a great art teacher, and the light of my higher power kept me alive. I am not a technically trained artist yet I'm told by so many that my art is transcendent. In particular my Survivor Art that is exhibited on the last section of my portfolio.Arts link. I have been told that this art has helped many people with traumatic childhoods to get in touch and then release unpleasant memories. Please view these pieces with therapeutic support.
I have healed over the years with different modalities of hard work but my art allowed me to let go. I then took my art outside of myself and began doing pieces that brought awareness to atrocities around the globe. I call this my Activist Art. Many of my pieces have traveled throughout the country and a slide show has traveled globally from university to university.
Because of my healing I am now able to create art that I really enjoy and have fun with. I have a small pet portrait business and I teach the special needs population at The Attleboro Arts Museum in Attleboro Massachusetts.
I have been published in both newspapers and magazines and my art and I have made several television appearances. |
