Artist Statement:
James (Jim) Sweet has been involved with photography almost as long as he can remember. The works shown here represent his latest passion with digital photography. " I kind of feel like a kid in a candy store." "With digital the possibilities seem almost endless!"
Jim's work encompasses a wide array of subject matter and includes imagery from his life in San Francisco, Yosemite National Park, various road trips, the annual Black Rock Arts Festival (AKA Burning Man www.burningman.com)figure studies/erotic works and more recently, scenes from his life in Key West Florida.
"I seem to find inspiration just about everywhere." "I would like to do more nature work, erotic work with couples, and oh yea I WILL be going to Burning Man in 2005"
