| Your Personal Biography |
I am a Canadian self-taught, self-representing artist, living in Manitoba, CANADA . I have created art since early childhood and enjoy illustration, painting, and drawing in all sorts of mediums. For the past few years I have primarily worked in oil and acrylic on canvas with a modern, abstract and contemporary focus. I love putting a blank canvas to life as I brush the canvas with vibrant and stunning color.
More recently, over the past three years, I have been fortunate enough to live in the beautiful Clear Lake Country in Manitoba with my husband where I work amongst the nature and wildlife. I look over the clear crystal blue Clear Lake and am able to admire the birds, deer, moose, black bears and beavers - just to name a few. I am astonished by the beauty in the world and I am absolutely amazed by all the splendor and colors of my surroundings.
I find colors and images fascinating - the idea of making a blank canvas into something so appealing to the eye is brilliant and very rewarding.
Art is my passion, my soul, my heart.
