Artist Statement:
I have always admired the work
of Norman Rockwell, and while
some did not consider Mr.
Rockwell a "serious" artist I
hope that someday I can aspire
to his level. Although I
strive to produce realistic
portraits what I really hope
is that when people view my
portraits a real sense of the
subject (wheter child, adult
or pet) comes through. I
really hope my portraits have
life and movement and
energy....

I am a 35 year old mother of three. I have a Professional Master's of Physical Therapy and currently work from home as a consultant. I started drawing portraits seriously about 2 years ago. Although I have no formal training I have taken a few classes here and there. I would love to make a livng doing portraits. |
