| Why Did You Become An Artist |
Had always drawn and painted since childhood, enjoyed art at school up to O - level, painted in watercolour and oils in my spare time, started exhibiting and selling work, decided on a career change in 1983 studied fine art at college till 1986. became a full time artist in 1987. I have always had a desire to create works of art and fortunate that they have been collected and appreciated, over the years. |

| Your Personal Biography |
Studied fine art 1983-86, became a full time artist in 1987,
working on commissions solo and group exhibitions. Moved to the
Welsh countryside in 2000 where I now work from my riverside studio
painting landscape and wildlife subjects in acrylics on canvas,
board and paper. Countryside and coastal areas, canals, churchyards,
gardens, old farm buildings, are just some of the places I like to visit
for my inspiration to paint. My paintings are in public and private
collections throughout the UK, USA, Europe, and Australia. I also
produce a range of greetings cards and prints from some of the more
popular images, painted over the past few years. |
