| Why Did You Become An Artist |
I love to create. When an inspiration hits, I find it hard to concentrate on anything else. I go for days at a time with little sleep or anything else from the start of an idea until it is finished or at a comfortable resting spot. Art is the one area I can lose and find myself all at the same time. It is the first thing I think about when I get up and the last thing on my mind wghen I go to bed. It is more than just being an artist, it is ridding myself of the overwhelming yearining sensation to express myself or create. |

I am currently still considered to be self taught, however, I am in the process of obtaing my BA in fine arts. I have won numerous awards locally, have been published in magazines, newspapers, and have illustrated my first of hopefully many childrens books. |
