Thom Glace grew up watching his father painting as a child, and always loved it. While it took him into his early thirties to start drawing and painting, he always rememberd what his father told him- 'If you ever start painting - make sure you use watercolor, as oil stinks and is a mess to clear up. Thom only paints in watercolor.
During the past couple of decades, Thom his wife Mary traveled and lived around the world, residing in locations as various as The Netherlands, St Croix, USVI, New Hampshire, North Carolina and finally back to where Thom was raised- Central PA. As he was in International Marketing and Sales for a large corporation, he traveled to over 60 countries.
Thom was forced to retire very young, due to a heart condition, and now is able to spend time on one of his true passions- Watercolor painting. His art and photographs that he has taken around the world are featured on the products in his Website Gallery: www.thomglacewatercolors.com
