I think the expression of an
emotion through the sculpted
gesture figure is an amazing
aspect of our mind. I find
the images spilling out of the
clay in a natural way with
little effort. The subject
being a regular person of the
professional model contribute
more to the process then the
craft of producing a piece.
Working together the subject
and the artist create a visual

Grew up in Northern Indiana, now living in Perryville Maryland. I now teach in a High School after years working in the engineering field. I hold a Masters degree from Western Maryland College. I am a life long arts and crafts person who has built musical instruments as well as working clay. |
