| Your Personal Biography |
My name is Tucker Lenora, I am a Fine Artist that relocated to San Francisco from Asheville, North Carolina. I have a BFA in metal sculpture from Ringling College of Art and Design '09 and after graduation spent a short time immersed in the queer scene in Paris, France. That experience inspired me so much it changed my focus from metal work to documenting and hosting queer themed events and "happenings".
Parties, staged photo shoots, paintings that take months, metal sculpture and an entire series of graphic roses made from casting wax - my materials depend on "audience participation" and what my neighbors discard.
One of my current projects is a graphite series about beauty with decay and rot seeping from within. The pretty package attempting to mask the rotten insides.
Please contact me at Tuckerlenora@gmail.com with any interest in commissions, gallery placements, temporary installation opportunities or artist collaborations.
"personal interiors, and (the) consequences.
i am a performer- behind the scenes.
These works are the symptoms of my insomnia."
