The essence of my work is emotion and colors, in all its wondrous forms.
Nature is my greatest inspiration. I paint what I see, not immediately, but some of it remains in my memories. Color is very important to me, it makes the shape of the work atmosphere but is especially crucial. |

This is a wonderful online art gallery that offers the finest paintings and photographs by Christoph Van Daele. Christoph was born in Aalst (Belgium) and draws and paints all of his life.
All paintings are hand painted entirely personal (with pallet and oilpaint on canvas) by artist Christoph Van Daele. Powerful colors interspersed with sophisticated accents, passionate strokes ... but also with vulnerability and emotion.
With Italian oilpaint and much love for the profession he makes the finest quality artworks on heavy canvas cloth.
Christoph Van Daele mainly paints colorful paintings and generally large. In modern cheerful warm or cold colors. Each color in the painting is carefully selected by the artist and suitable for any modern or classic interior design.

Biography ...
In the Velodroomstraat to Liedekerke Christoph Van Daele opened its own online and offline art gallery with his own paintings. Christoph bacame 40 on October 20 (2009) and has actually never seen the inside of an art school.
Born in Aalst and further raised in lede (flanders). He followed his training in industrial electronics in Aalst. He worked almost 25 years as a manager in a big retailshop. Yet it lies in a sober and efficient retailer also a very artistic soul.
A self-taught still, for he never took any art school. 'When I was seventeen or eighteen, I would like to register, but all seats were already fully booked'. 'Afterwards it was gone and I started my career. I also didn't wanted me to bind to academic knowledge. Dynamism and sense of art is still something that obviously you are born with. '
'I did everything myself discovered throughout the years, from classical to modern. I'm a fan of Monnet and many other great artists. 'Monnet is an autodidact and I consider him as my teacher.'
With its own online gallery, Christoph Van Daele want his collection to be present, obviously with the opportunity to sell.
'Exhibit in art galleries or exhibitions also requires a lot of work and makes you dependent on people that you work from a purely economic point view, 'says Christoph Van Daele. 'Here I have the chance to give the people what lies behind the painting and they also buy direct from the artist, no commission, so I can work even at sharper prices.' |
