Artist Statement:
Vanessa is a London-based
artist, having moved down from
Manchester six years ago. She
was originally born in Mexico,
and was raised there for five
years by her mother, a
professional ceramic artist,
whilst her father traveled for
work. An artistic eye was
in-built at a very early age
as she sat and painted with
her mother from the age of
three. This, together with the
bold, bright colours of Mexico
have inspired most of her work
today.
Vanessa pursued her artistic
interests through school, art
college and university and now
is an Art Director in
Advertising. She has been
painting along side her Art
Directing job for the past
seven years, and her main
ambition is for her art to be
known and recognised one day.
She tries to incorporate her
artistic influence in her Art
Direction, but whilst her work
helps sell the product, is
pleasing to the eye and has
occasionally won an awards,
there are still has many
constraints, and the result is
rarely organic. These
paintings are her outlet of
pure creative freedom. And she
enjoys this very much.

Mexican art, Pop art and

Welcome to Vanessa Kazmierski's Portfolio.
Vanessa is a London-based artist, having moved down from Manchester six years ago. She was originally born in Mexico, and was raised there for five years by her mother, a professional ceramic artist, whilst her father traveled for work.
