Artist Statement:
Victor Kozlov was born in
Ukraine with a genetic
condition of chronic
coor-blindness, he nonetheless
became fascinated with the
world of art, painting and
imaginative expression. At age
10 he held his first art
exhibition. Studied art at the
Berdyansk Art School.
In 1992, Victor moved to the
