| Why Did You Become An Artist |
I love to create. When a client comes to me and asks me to revamp their garden, that is an artistic creation for me. Translating the creative urge to another medium such as canvas, paper, wood, ceramic, cloth or photography is part and parcel of that creative urge.
Creating a piece of artwork, or completing a garden design also satisfies my need for resolution. |

| Your Personal Biography |
Louise Peacock is the founding member of a Canadian art group called Artists Looking For Empty Walls or ALFEW. This group consists of a loosely knit group of artists who contribute work to any show Louise is organizing. When she finds suitable 'empty walls', she notifies the group, and whoever has work ready to hang enters.
Louise likes to paint in acrylics, mostly in abstract form. she also likes to sketch in pen and ink.
Photography is another medium for creating art for Louise. She likes to take photographs and process them in various different ways with Photoshop. she also likes to create art using Photoshop draw and paint tools.
Louise studied drawing and painting with respect artist and art teacher, William Band. |
