Artist Statement:
I paint colorful, figurative,
emotional, narrative or
picture stories and portraits,
of ordinary people doing
everyday things.
My paintings explore, often
with an allegorical or
metaphorical element, the
interactions between people as
they go about their life.
Viewing them may trigger
nostalgic thoughts from the
past: each time you look, you
may see something different.
Their brightness and color
draws you in with their
vibrancy.
My representational scene
paintings have a touch of
Norman Rockwell (late period
Social Realism), but brought
into the 21st Century.
They may be found in many
private and corporate
collections, and are collected
internationally.
