Artist Statement:
Wanda Torres was born in San
Juan, Puerto Rico. She majored
in painting and illustration
at the Columbus College of Art
& Design, in Ohio. Wanda has
been an art teacher, freelance
illustrator and exhibiting
artist. After receiving the
Alfonso Arana Foundation grant
to make an artistic residence
in Paris, she established her
practice in that city. Her
work can be found in private
and public collections in
Puerto Rico, Europe and the
USA. ...
