Artwork Description:

This wall sculpture is a memory trip because it was inspired by deeply embedded in me images of sections through classical columns. It happened to be a mandatory part of my architectural education. As for stars, they are as omnipresent and as trivial, as classical architecture. After all, its a contemporary urban environment, nothing to be ashamed of. And it is a tinkertoy. Elements are hinged to the frame and ask to be swiveled now and then.
