Artist Statement:
Unfortunately most people
cannot participate in my
"Art". Not because they don't
get to see the "end result",
but because they miss the
actual process of creating the
work.... the end result is
merely something nice to look
at - or not. As paint moves
from tube or jar to palette to
brush to canvas, Pink Floyd,
Led Zeppelin, The Who, The
Stones blare in my ears.
Something jumps onto the
canvas from my hands and at
that moment something artistic
is happening. As soon as I
walk away from my work, the
art stops..... When a painting
is finished(?)so am I....until
the brush and music start
again. Enjoy my
"end-products"... if you like.

Welcome to John Fields's Portfolio.
Unfortunately most people cannot participate in my "Art".
