The phoenix Greek: Φοίνιξ is a magical bird that, according to ancient peoples Phoenicians, Egyptians , flew from Arabia to Egypt every 500 years. Phoenix fed on balm and resin. When he felt death coming, he built a nest of fragrant branches on top of a palm tree, and there he was burned by the sun. Then the bird rose from the ashes, was reborn young. Mankind always has the opportunity not to be reborn.
