As all my paintings who have been entered in juried shows.. this one received a top award.. I mention this, because it is a watercolor.. I am not a so called watercolorist. I play with any media- and enjoy.. and You can see this in Teas' Hex.................................. The flirting with nature, the elements.. introducing my energy and joy with this painting experience within the composition,,Letting go and feel free. Also the color choices.. Did not need to use a whole palette of different hues with this creation. Shapes stand out more, somehow just 'clicked' It is painted on regular canvas.. lifting paint.. scratching lines out during the painting process.. so very easy and pleasing..
